To manufacture a top-of-the-line flush door requires foremost expertise and vigilance at every step of the manufacturing process right from the raw material stage. Imported pinewood timber which is seasoned to control its moisture content is used in the core of our flush doors. The construction of the flush door core is such that there is no scope of gap between individual strips of timber in the core. This guarantees a completely packed, solid core. Imported core and face veneers further add to the strength of the flush door which is bonded with BWP grade synthetic resin under high pressure.

Automated machinery for finishing processes ensures accurate calibration of thickness of our doors along with superior surface finish. Both these characteristics are extremely important for a flush door as it extensively interacts with decorative elements like laminates, veneers, decorative timber, lipping, door frames, paints and polish, etc. Therefore, the flush door must ensure higher dimensional accuracy as well as resistance to warping and bending on interacting with these elements. Compatibility with hardware such as locks, latches, hinges, etc is also supremely important. Our flush doors possess the versatility to accommodate a large variety of hardware. Last but not the least, chemical treatment of our flush doors makes them free from insect, borer and fungus and provides them with increased resistance to termites.
